PURPOSE: A the rapeutical mat is provided to press spinal spots suitable for acupuncture with a warming unit moving to the left and right from the center of the mat with convenience in use. CONSTITUTION: The mat comprises:a mat(10) with the one side foldable and a long groove(11) formed at the center thereof; a warming unit(1) moving along a rail(3) provided in the long groove(11) of the mat(10); a warming unit conveyer for conveying the warming unit(1); a control panel(8) for controlling the warming unit conveyer; and an operator(9) for controlling the position of the warming unit(1). The warming unit(1) has wheels(4) at both sides to move along the rail(3) provided in the long groove(11) of the mat(10) and comprises a motor(5) for driving the warming unit conveyer based on the signal output from the circuit of the control panel(8); and a wire(2) connected to a pulley(6) provided at the shaft of the motor(5) and an idle pulley(7) provided on the one side of the mat(10). The end of the wire(2) is associated with the warming unit(1).
