PURPOSE: A portable computer capable of using computer intrinsic battery pack or general battery is provided to easily manage power of portable computer using intrinsic battery or general battery. CONSTITUTION: The portable computer comprises a housing, a battery storage, and an intrinsic battery pack. In the portable computer, the housing has an internal space and opening side. The battery storage has a bottom side and the sides. A upside of storage is opened, the upside is located on identical line with opening side of the housing in internal space of the housing. The battery storage enable to accept one or more of general battery to supply power of the portable computer.
