PURPOSE: A film is provided to prevent metal evaporating layer from corroding by water and oxygen in the air as well as having a fine water vein interception. CONSTITUTION: The film for intercepting water vein wave has: a substrate layer(10); a conductive metal evaporating layer(12) intercepting water vein wave; and a corrosion resistance protective coating layer(14) preventing the surface of the metal evaporating layer from corroding caused by outside moisture and oxygen. The substrate layer is made into a heat-plastic resin film, a paper, a fabric or an unwoven fabric so as to be light and absorb the outer shock well.
