PURPOSE: A cosmetic cleansing cream manufacturing method is provided to improve the cleansing performance by containing ceramics in the cleansing cream and to prevent the skin damages occurring during face washing. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic cleansing cream manufacturing method comprises: containing granule type ceramics in creamy cleansing cream by a containing 3-10 % of containing rate that is the rate of the ceramics to whole cleansing cream to remove the cosmetics infiltrated into deep skin pores without giving damages to skin and to effectively remove the keratin.; Herein, the granule type ceramics contained in the cleansing cream is very fine powder having more than 240 mesh of particle size.
