PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to prevent the waste of the vinyl raw material and to reduce the installation cost for an apparatus and the production cost used for the formation of the vinyl paper. CONSTITUTION: An embossing roller is installed by: an upper embossing roller(31); a lower embossing roller(32); installing a lower embossing roller having embossed molding projections(32a) to be united with the embossed molding projections(31a) formed onto the circumference of the upper embossing roller while forming egg container type embossed molding projections(31a) onto the whole circumference of the upper embossing roller; and placing many heater(33) inside the upper embossing roller and the lower embossing roller.
