摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tooth shape precision of a helical gear. SOLUTION: This helical gear comprises a taper part 12; and a shaft part 11A connected to the small diameter side of the taper part 12. A plurality of teeth 13 are spirally formed throughout a portion extending from the taper part 12 to the shaft part 11A and a plurality of the teeth 13 are provided with a first tooth surface 13B, a second tooth surface 13C, and a tooth crest 13A. A so formed helical gear 10 comprises subordinate first tooth surfaces 13G and 13H which have the first tooth surface 13B and the taper part 12 connected to the end part of the taper part 12 side, and which are connected to the first tooth surface 13B through crest parts 13J and 13K; a subordinate second tooth surface 13E connected to a second tooth surface 13C through a root part 13F; and subordinate tooth crest surfaces 13L and 13M to interconnect the crest surface 13A and the taper part 12A and be connected to the crest surface 13A through a crest part.
