PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely work by attaching a rope having a hook to the uppermost part of a ladder and stepladder. SOLUTION: A rope 2 with a hook 3 is attached to the uppermost part 1 of a stepladder and ladder 4. In the case where the stepladder and ladder 4 are stood and a work is performed, the rope 2 with the hook 3 is tied and fixed on the other object, for example, in the case of garden plant pruning, it is tied and fixed on a trunk at the uppermost part 1. In addition, in the case where the rope 2 is not used, the hook 3 is fixed on the step material of the stepladder and ladder 4. Thereby the inclination of the stepladder and ladder 4 due to movement of wind and gravity, working can be performed safely.
