发明名称 METHOD FOR WORKING COPPER ALLOY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for working a copper alloy for producing a heat resistant alloy material whose mechanical properties are not deteriorated by heating. SOLUTION: A copper alloy contg., by weight, 1.5 to 3.0% Fe, and the balance copper is heated to melt, which is cast to make an ingot, and working is executed by the following process to produce a copper alloy material having a prescribed thickness. At first, the ingot is heated to >=800 deg.C, is subjected to hot rolling and is thereafter subjected to cold rolling to make a primary rolling stock. Next, this primary rolling stock is subjected to heat treatment of executing heating at >=900 deg.C for >=3 min and is cooled to 500 deg.C at a cooling rate of >=50 deg.C per min, after that, cooling is moreover continued, and cold rolling is executed. Successively, the secondary rolling stock obtd. is heated at 600 to 650 deg.C, is furthermore subjected to primary annealing of executing holding at this temp. for 30 min to 6 hr, is moreover subjected to secondary annealing at 400 to 525 deg.C and is thereafter subjected to final rolling by cold rolling at 50 to 85% reduction of area. By undergoing the above process, e.g. the reducing phenomenon of Vicker's hardness which has been generated by heating treatment for removing strains in a lead frame can be prevented.
