PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oily solid cosmetic having excellent preventing effect on smeared makeup, feeling in use and uniformity of makeup film by including an acrylic-silicone graft copolymer, an organic silicone resin, a specific solid fat component and a volatile silicone in a prescribed ratio. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 0.1-20 wt.% of an acrylic-silicon graft copolymer, (B) 0.1-30 wt.% of an organic silicone resin, (C) 3-30 wt.% of a solid fat component containing >=65 wt.% of a 28-33C chained hydrocarbon and a 31C chained hydrocarbon as a main component, (D) 10-50 wt.% of a volatile silicone (preferably >=50 wt.% of a ring-shaped silicone) and preferably (E) one or more selected from a long-chain alkyl-containing polyoxyalkylene modified organopolysiloxane, a polyoxyalkylene modified organopolysiloxane, a carboxyvinyl polymer and an alkyl modified carboxyvinyl polymer.
