PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly enhance safety for a worker and reliability of a device. SOLUTION: The safety device is equipped with a first control system 5 in which a first detection switch 4 detects that a safety door D has been opened and a stop command signal is given to a servo circuit 3 for driving and controlling a servomotor 2 by detection of the first detection switch 4, and also equipped with a second control system 8 in which a second detection switch 6 detects that the safety door D has been opened and a zero clamp switch 7 provided in the servo circuit 3 is changed over to a zero clamp contact 7x side by detection of the second detection switch 6.
