PURPOSE: A head mount display(HMD) enabling solid image is provided to endow user with a three-dimension image by driving a left and a right LCD panel in standard of the input signal when the three-dimension image signal is input and by dividing the input video signal into two signals when a two-dimension image signal is input. CONSTITUTION: The HMD comprises a data divider for dividing an input video signal into a left LCD panel signal and a right LCD panel signal, a left LCD panel displaying by applying the left LCD panel signal from the data divider, a right LCD panel displaying by applying the right LCD panel signal from the data divider, and a LCD panel controller for outputting a field control signal to the left LCD panel and the right LCD panel for generating a time difference of images displayed in the left LCD panel and the right LCD panel. The data divider includes furthermore a solid image detector for detecting whether the input video signal is the three-dimension or not.
