PURPOSE: An execute file loading device of exchange system is provided to be rapidly operated by compacting execute files using an operator terminal(2). CONSTITUTION: The present invention discloses an execute file loading device of exchange system comprising an operator terminal(4), a matching unit(6) and a main processor and loading the execute file for operating the exchanger into the exchanger. The execute file loading device of exchange system according to the present invention further comprises a file compaction unit receiving and compacting the execute file generated in said operator terminal, and transmitting it to said matching unit; and a file loading unit receiving and releasing said compacted execute file from said matching unit, and loading it into a main memory(10) which said main processor uses.
