PURPOSE: A door open apparatus for a headphone stereo cassette is to be open a door during an operation in a deck mechanism with a both side supporting method of a capstan axis. CONSTITUTION: A door open apparatus for a headphone stereo cassette comprises: a head plate(30) to be installed for moving according to a surface of a main sash(20); a restricting projection(32,32') for restricting a position of the head plate(30); a linkage projection(35) to be linked with a first cam portion(42) of a cam gear (40); a locking plate(50) for restricting the position of the head plate(30); and a restricting terminals(52,53) on which the restriction projection(32,32') of the head plate(30) is supported. Since the door is open during operation, the consumption power is decreased and the convenience is provided to users.
