PURPOSE: A piezoelectric ceramic transducer which has a higher transforming efficiency and stability of an output voltage is provided. CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic transducer comprising: first and second input sections(1,1') formed at both ends of a piezoelectric plate, polarized in a direction of a thickness of the piezoelectric plate, and having input electrodes at upper and lower portions of first and second input sections(1,1'), respectively; first and second output sections(2,2') formed at a center of the piezoelectric plate in such a way that they face to each other, and polarized in a length direction of the piezoelectric plate; and an output electrode(3) for shielding the piezoelectric plate at a center of the piezoelectric plate.
