PURPOSE: An electronic starter of a fluorescent lamp is provided to prevent damage and fire caused by the continuous action of the starter at the expiration of the fluorescent lamp life span. CONSTITUTION: The electronic starter of the fluorescent lamp is composed of: a magnetic coil type stabilizing device(20) stably lighting when the fluorescent lamp is on; preheating unit(30) preheating one side of the fluorescent lamp and the other side of the fluorescent lamp; preheating stoppage controlling unit(40) stopping the preheating of one side of the fluorescent lamp and the other side of the fluorescent lamp and lighting the fluorescent lamp; and a re-legating controlling unit controlling a filament to be preheated and lighted up.
