PURPOSE: A bypass valve assembly of a scroll compressor is provided to be able to remove a crash noise generated from a bypass valve installed inside during moving a scroll compressor. CONSTITUTION: The bypass valve construction comprises:a curved plate-shaped bypass valve(21) to be able to maintain the opened state of a bypass hole(16) before moving a scroll compressor; a retainer(22) to support the bypass valve by fixing in the upper face of the bypass valve; a bolt(23) to firmly connected the bypass valve and the retainer into the upper face of a fixed scroll(11).
