SINGLE SIDE TYPE VIBRATION MOTOR

PURPOSE: The motor simplifies the construction of a printed circuit board(11) and a coil and increases the productivity, by forming a pattern only on one side with a single-sided printed circuit board(PCB) and using a single-phase coil(13). CONSTITUTION: The motor comprises an axis(3) inserted into the upper part of a substrate(1); a magnet(2) installed along the outer circumference of the axis on the upper surface of the substrate; and a rotor(10) being eccentric with the axis and being off with the magnet. The rotor comprises: the printed circuit board of single-sided shape on which bottom surface a pattern is formed; the single-phase coil which is formed on top of the printed circuit board and generates the electromagnetic force with the magnet and torque; and a grease(15) coated on top of the printed circuit board to cover the coil.
