PURPOSE: The incombustible wall paper that doesn't industrial wastes by forming the coating material with natural materials and having the emitting effect of infra-red rays on the wrapping paper is provided. CONSTITUTION: A production method of incombustible wall paper comprises: preparing the usual raw paper(1); applying a binder(2) on the paper; the binder is made by using the resin of PE or acrylic class, Polysol or adding the far infra-red rays reflective materials such as the usual antibiotic agent, insecticide, loess, germanium and so on; stacking the wooden powder and thermal expansion mineral matters(3) mixed with a specific size and a specific ratio of mixing on the upper face of the applied binder(2); applying top-coating on the upper face.
