PURPOSE: A bad smell discharging device of a toilet is provided to maintain the interior environment neatly always by discharging the bad smell outward so the bad smell generated while using a toilet as not to remain inside of the bathroom. CONSTITUTION: The discharging device is composed of: a toilet seat(3) for inducing the bad smell by flowing in the bad smell generated from the collecting tank(5a) constituting a toilet main body(5) to the upper part into the porous part(7b) formed at the vertical shaft(7); an opening and closing device(10) of an exhaust hole for opening and closing the exhaust hole(1e) by the operation by establishing the toilet seat(3) and the cover(8) to be rotated; a exhaust device(15) for discharging the bad smell to the upper part of a rooftop by installing to pass through with the opening and closing device(10) of the exhaust hole.
