COATING METHOD OF IONIC FABRIC HAVING MULTI-FUNCTIONS

PURPOSE: A coating method of ionic fabric having multi-functions is provided to give the emitting far infra-red rays and anion from the fabric, the function of antibiosis and deodorization. CONSTITUTION: The coating method of fabric has the steps of: preparing with winding one end of the raw fabric roller(R) winded with fabric in a moving roller(10); inputting mineral powder emitting far infrared rays and hardwood charcoal powder and wormwood powder with filament which is the raw material for cotton in a container where an adhesive is contained and mixing it; milling the particle of the composition to be more than 3000 mesh as repeatedly passing the composition solution completed the mixing process through the space among plural roller groups; coating as spraying the composition solution to the upper side of weaving; drying the weaving soaked with the composition solution after completing the coating process.
