PURPOSE: A handler capable of automatically providing an empty tube and tube processing method using the handler are to automatically provide a semiconductor device for a test and to sort the provided semiconductor device, and processes a tube in the handler. CONSTITUTION: A handler comprises: a loading unit (100) for transmitting each semiconductor device to a test contact unit (104); a test contact unit (104) for coupling the semiconductor device transmitted from the loading unit (100) to a contact unit; a Bin sorting unit (106) for sorting the semiconductor device which a test is completed according to the test result; an unloading unit (110) for unloading the semiconductor device of which sort is completed to a tube; a tube loading unit (108) to be composed at one terminal of the unloading unit (110); and an automatic tube providing unit (102) to be composed at a lower portion of the loading unit (100) and be coupled to the tube loading unit (108). Therefore, the productivity of the tube is improved and the equipment is efficiently used.
