PURPOSE: A telephone order system is provided to automatically recognize a location where a customer ordered on the phone. CONSTITUTION: A telephone order system includes; an answering equipment(4) receiving an order from a customer by using a telephone(2) connected to an ARS or to a side of the ARS; and plural telephones(8) containing a signal generating unit(6) generating a proper signal while the answering equipment receiving a telephone call from the customer. The answering equipment contains; a signal receiving unit(10) receiving the proper signal generated from the signal generating unit in the telephone; and a memory unit(12) storing the address or the location of each customer corresponding to the proper signal of the telephone. |
