PURPOSE: A device and method are provided to prevent a sequential offset caused by a common code of other base stations when the code division multiple connecting communication system device that uses the asynchronous type, punches the common code to the diffusive code of a specific common channel. CONSTITUTION: The base station communication device of the asynchronous typed code division multiple connecting communication system has; a generator that supplies start position information of the diffusive code and that generates the common code being shared by each base station; a modulator that has a peculiar modulating pattern and that modulates the common code by the modulating pattern at a regular period; and a drill that punches the transmitting signal of a band diffused peculiar common channel by the output of the modulator at the regular period.
