VEHICLE WINDOW SAFETY DEVICE USING PRESSURE SENSOR AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A vehicle window safety device is provided to prevent an accident caused by careless operation by making a window down about 10cm when the arm and the finger are placed in between the window frame and the window. CONSTITUTION: The vehicle window safety device has; a pressure sensor unit(10) transmitting a signal to ECU when an object is held between the window frame and the window; a window state detecting switch(20) for informing ECU of the finishing of a window closing or automatic closing; a switch module for making the window up and down; and a control ECU controlling the driving of a window motor according to the signal that is fed from the switch module, the pressure sensor and the window state detecting switch.
