PURPOSE: A digging apparatus for the underground tunnel excavation is provided to promptly cope with the formation by parts and the depths of the digging area and to safely excavate the soft ground. CONSTITUTION: A digging apparatus has; a digging frame(1) formed in rectangular; an excavation propulsion plate(2) having a wheel(5) driving in a spherical rail(6); an excavation rotary plate(24) connected to one end of a shaft(23); a forcibly divided digging area curtain installed to the inner forcible support of the digging frame; a screw conveyer(21); a ground support hole(14); and a braced wall(15).
