PURPOSE: An option function controlling device for use in an electronic device is provided to prevent an option function from being changed by unifying the number of printed circuit boards according to an option function. CONSTITUTION: The option function controlling device for use in an electronic device comprises: a memory(105) for storing a control command and a program for executing an option function; a manufacture option select set control part(101) for selecting the option function to generate a control command; and a control part(104) for writing the control command to the memory and for controlling a program execution associated with the option function.
