LEVEL DEATECTOR FOR USE IN A HIGH POTENTIAL GENERATING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A level detector for a high potential generating device is provided to adjust a high voltage detection level at boosting a power supply voltage potential. CONSTITUTION: The level detector of a high potential generating device compares currents of a current sensing part(10) and a bias part(20), and comprises a bias adjusting part(40) for adjusting a value of the bias part according to a power supply voltage. The bias adjusting part(40) divides the power supply voltage according to a resistance value to supply the divided power supply voltage. The bias adjusting part(40) divides the power supply voltage according to a turn-on resistance value of a PMOS transistor to then supply the divided power supply voltage.
