PURPOSE: An electric pressure rice cooker is provided to improve an oven cooling method in which the temperature of oven goes quickly to a previous fixed keeping temperature after cooking rice. CONSTITUTION: Oven cooling method of electric pressure rice cooker comprises the steps of:first, when rice is cooked with generating the oven(4) heat after power is supplied with selecting the cooking mode, cooling the radiant heat of the oven(4) by rotating a cooling fan(6); second, deciding the completion of the cooking in oven by using a sensor device; third, measuring the temperature after stopping the oven heat; forth, after comparing the measured temperature in the oven to fixed temperature, if the measured temperature is over the fixed temperature, the temperature in the oven is remeasured after a minutes, and if the measured temperature is equal or under the fixed temperature, rotating the cooling fan(4) is stopped and cooked food is stored for keeping warm.
