PURPOSE: Liquid crystal driving method and its device of liquid crystal panel is needed which evenly maintains picture quality irrespective of picture pattern in Dot Inversion System and which improves picture quality. CONSTITUTION: The method includes a stage in which a liquid panel is divided into many blocks(12A, 12B, 12C, 12D,...), a stage in which liquid crystal cells in each block correspond to opposite data signals, a stage in which each of liquid crystal cells in each of blocks corresponds to data signals opposite to those signals for liquid crystal cells in neighboring blocks, a stage in which all the liquid crystal cells on the liquid crystal panel correspond to opposite data signals regularly (frame time). Consequentially, the polarity of data signals provided for liquid crystal cells inverts every frame, block and dot, so that flicker noise is not generated unlike other conventional Frame Inversion System.
