PURPOSE: A seat belt is provided to enhance the operation efficiency of a release button as well as keeping up the smooth lengthwise movement of a tongue by installing a frame having a guide groove and a guide slit on a buckle fixing a seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A seat belt combining device comprises:a frame(110) equipped in a cover(100); a slider(120) slid along a first guide groove(112); a support bracket(130) having a guide part(132) at front and a switch terminal(176) combined to the rear end; a stopper(140) having a slope section(144) slid upward and downward along a second guide groove(135); and a button(150) having a guide groove(156) slid along a guide slit(114).
