PURPOSE: A valve is provided to make a coolant compressed in a compressing chamber and vented smoothly vent without a loss of an excessive compression. CONSTITUTION: The valve of the rotary compressor comprises:a vent for opening and closing the vent of the coolant located on the upper face, completing the venting passage of the coolant compressed and vented in a cylinder and formed on a main bearing; a valve made up a main valve and a double valve having an adding valve above the main valve.
