PURPOSE: When a terminal is produced, the variable resistance is provided to control the unfixed output with the error of transmitting unit. But it takes much working time and generates control deviation in inter-terminal due to the manual control of transmitting output. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of controlling the output deviation and reading, through the PC(7), value which is measured at the spectrum analyzer(8)(S1, S2); determining whether the measured value is equal to or larger than the regulation value(S3), and changing the output deviation control value so that output may be higher(S4); if the measured value is equal to or larger than the regulation value in the step S3, then judging whether the measured value is smaller than or equals the regulation value(S5); changing the output deviation control value to be lower if the measured value is smaller than or does not equal the regulation value(S6), or memorizing the current output deviation control value if the measured value is smaller than or equals the regulation value(S7). Consequentially, the apparatus and the method are provide to reduce working hours and manpower through the automatic control of output deviation by the CPU(not through output control with the error part of transmitting unit), and to improve the competitive power of the product through reduction in inter-terminal errors.
