PURPOSE: A double body disposable cup is provided to promote the maximization of the heating and the thermal insulation, to simplify the process of manufacture, and to elegantly print the outer face of the cup. CONSTITUTION: A double body paper cup comprises the steps of:forming a taper typed cup body(2) by pressurizing and bonding a cylinder combining part using a heating iron; inserting a bottom paper(3) being stamped by passing through a bottom paper molding process; curling inward the bottom side of the cup body inserted with the bottom paper as well as forming the girth(4) by curling outward the bottom circumference; and finishing a cup by heating and compressing the inward curled bottom side using the rotation and the revolution of a roulette ball.
