TEXTILE TOPPING RAW MATERIAL SIDE CUTTER

PURPOSE: A textile topping raw material side cutter is provided to prevent the defect caused by the open code when manufacturing a tire and to prevent the defect of the dent caused by the excessive overlap. CONSTITUTION: The cutter is formed by: an oil pressure cylinder(4) used as the power source; a porter sensor(13) for deciding to control the position of a rotary knife(3); a second air cylinder(6) for clamping a textile sheet(10) by operating a clamp(7); the rotary knife(3) revolved by a motor(1) and a V-shaped belt(2); and a first air cylinder(5) for making the rotary knife(3) advance as much as the number of a code wished to be cut.
