PURPOSE: A solar heater is provided to raise the heating temperature of thermal oil by collection of heat and to enhance the heat collection efficiency by rotating according to the position of the sun. CONSTITUTION: A solar heater able to raise the heating temperature of thermal oil and the heat collection efficiency is composed of:a heat collection part(10) to heat the thermal oil by collecting the sunlight; a rotating stand(20) installed by being combined to the heat collection part; a settlement stand(30) fixed to rotate the rotating stand; and a longitude control part(40) and a latitude control part(50) to control vertical and horizontal rotation of the heat collection part according to the position of the sun. The upper part of the heat collection part is installed on the fixed stand(21) installed on the rotation stand to be able to rotate, and its lower part is installed to close the longitude control part.
