PURPOSE: A delay time measuring device is provided to obtain the exact zero-point crossing of two signals having different offsets from each other by using a crossing point detecting circuit, and to exactly measure a delay time by measuring an interval between the zero-point crossing and an optional signal. CONSTITUTION: The delay time measuring device comprises: a first signal(OS1) having an offset; a second signal(OS2) reversed against the first signal(OS1); an offset signal generating unit(10) to generate an optional first pulse signal(PS1); a crossing point detecting unit(20) to compare the level value of the first signal(OS1) and the reversed second signal(OS2), and to generate the resulted second pulse signal(PS2); a delay time measuring unit(40) to measure the delay time between the zero-point crossing of the first and the second signals(OS1, OS2) having different offsets and the optional first pulse signal(PS1).
