PURPOSE: A control system for a cooling fan is provided to linearly control the rotating speed of a cooling fan according to the changes of driving state. CONSTITUTION: The control circuit of the cooling fan having a variable rotating speed based on the voltage of a battery of a vehicle and the input level of a driving voltage comprises:a temperature detecting device to detect a temperature of cooling water; a voltage variable unit to combine between the battery and a motor, having a variable voltage supplied from the battery to the motor in proportion to the detected temperature.
