METHOD OF MANAGING CHANGE HISTORY OF WEB INFORMATION, MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

In a first method, an ordinary browser (301) communicates with a B proxy (303) and the B proxy (303) communicates with the Internet (307). The B proxy (303) records the change history of a web information file, holds the designation of the display time by the operator, takes out web information record corresponding to the designated display time in response to a request for a web information file made by a browser (301) which has designated a URL, and provides the record. In a second method, when the web information file is changed, its material file is recorded in an end-user computer and the web information file for which the access is changed to the reference to the recorded file is also recorded as the change history.
