A stick-like article supply device comprising a hopper (212) capable of storing therein stick-like articles (4) such as cigarettes and discharging them from a lower opening (212c) thereof and a supply cylinder (213) having a groove (213a) for receiving stick-like articles in the outer peripheral surface thereof, wherein the supply cylinder is reciprocatingly rotated between a position at which stick-like articles are received at the groove from the hopper and a transfer position at which they are discharged from the groove. A projection projecting radially from the outer peripheral surface of the supply cylinder at a position diametrically opposed to the groove is provided on the supply cylinder, and, when the supply cylinder is in the vicinity of the transfer position, a movable wall (212b) constituting one side sheet of the hopper is flapped by the projection to impart vibration to stick-like articles in the hopper, thereby preventing misaligned and consequently stuck stick-like articles by a comparatively simple structure to ensure a stable supply of stick-like articles.
