A refrigerating device, comprising a heat source side refrigerant circuit (70) having a plurality of refrigerant heat exchangers (50, 60) and a plurality of user side refrigerant circuits (11, 21), wherein a high-pressure gas pipe (LG-H) is connected to the delivery sides of outdoor compressors (41, 42) in the heat source side refrigerant circuit (70), a low-pressure gas pipe (LG-L) is connected to the suction sides of the outdoor compressors (41, 42), a liquid pipe (LL) is connected to the liquid sides of the outdoor heat source side heat exchangers (45, 46), the liquid pipe (LL) is connected to one end side of each of the refrigerant heat exchangers (50, 60), the other end side of each of the refrigerant heat exchangers (50, 60) is formed so that it can be switched between the state of communicating with the high-pressure pipe (LG-H) and the state of communicating with the low-pressure pipe (LG-L) by three-way valves (52, 62), the liquid pipe (LL) is connected to one end side of the user side heat exchanger (31) in the heat source side refrigerant circuit (70), and the other end side of the user side heat exchanger (31) is formed so that it can be switched between the state of communicating with the high-pressure pipe (LG-H) and the state of communicating with the low-pressure pipe (LG-L) by a three-way valve (33).
