The tool or parts of it (6) are formed by an existing rapid prototyping method involving controlled build-up of initially fluid layers to form a solid structure. Preferred features: A carrier (6) for the active material may be generated and solidified on a pre-manufactured tool body (4). The tool body itself may also be made using the rapid prototyping method.
