The present invention relates to a ready-to-use syringe for unstable drugs that contains a solid phase, an active ingredient, a liquid phase and a solvent. The syringe includes at least one chamber for the solvent, one chamber for the active ingredient which is separate from the other chamber, and at least one piston in an oblong pump body (1) made of glass. The pump body comprises a flange located about its first initially-opened end face as well as a needle opening (11) for mounting a needle in the other essentially closed end face. In order to provide a ready-to-use syringe which is easy to handle and ensures a reliable diffusion without any contamination while having a relatively simple and compact structure, said syringe comprises a glass ampoule (9) containing the solvent (10) as well as a dual-wall plastic insert tightly surrounding a portion of the glass ampoule, wherein said plastic insert extends partially into the pump body. The pump body contains the active ingredient as well as a piston in the form of a perforated rubber piston (3). The dual-wall plastic insert comprises a relatively flexible wall at the level of a shoulder of the glass ampoule (9) introduced therein. The head of the glass ampoule (9) is connected inside and by a force connection with the plastic insert on one side of the flexible area. Another section of the glass ampoule (9) is connected inside and by a force connection with the plastic insert on the other side of the flexible area. The plastic insert is capable of displacement relative to the perforated piston (3) so that, in a first relative position, the hole (4) formed in the piston (3) is surrounded by the plastic insert, while in a second relative position the hole (4) is in fluid communication with the outer area of the shoulder of the glass ampoule (9).
