Supplying user points with raw material in vapor state from an initial storage vessel via intermediate vessels has the gas pressure on the raw material in each vessel during the supply process almost completely lifted. The installation with a storage tank connected to at least one melter machine via a production buffer and a dosing unit includes an automatic suction pump in the line between the production buffer and a distributor vessel on top of the production buffer. The line between the distributor vessel and the melter machine is designed in accordance with the principle of communicating vessels, and in such a way that it initially steeply falls to a lowest point and then gradually rises to the inlet of a dosing unit. The latter is provided with a temperature measuring device, and is preceded by a heater unit.
