PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a negative pressure in a sealed pack so as to maintain quality of ink without putting a buffer material therein. SOLUTION: Narrow grooves 20a-20e each having one end which is communicated to an air ventilating hole 24 and the other end which is extended to a through hole section 26a-26e which can be opened by peeling a film are formed on a surface of a cover body 20. Each of the narrow grooves 20a-20e forming a capillary by sealing of the film is meandered. A recess section 30 holding a negative pressure for removing bubbles is formed on a portion in the vicinity of at least each of the hole sections 26a-26e in a non-forming region of a narrow groove 28.
