PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping plate which suppresses the production cost low and eliminates any dislocation in a base board with a crack as a border in a case of applying an external pressure from a side direction. SOLUTION: A linear bead part 24 is formed in a specified part of a metal plate 10 and a crack 26 developed in the bead part 24 permits a damping effect to be exhibited on the metal plate 10. As for a steel plate 10 having large hardening performance, a linear hardening part is formed in a specified part of the steel plate 10 so that a crack developed in the hardened part permits the damping effect to be exhibited on the steel plate 10. |
