PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage source circuit capable of being manufactured without increasing manufacturing cost, suppressing variance even with sheet resistance lowered and supplying stable reference output voltage. SOLUTION: This circuit is configured by having a PNP transistor 31 formed on the surface of a P type semiconductor substrate 1 and a resistive element 24 connected to the emitter of the transistor 31 formed on the surface of the substrate 1. In such a case, the transistor 31 has an N type well for a base which is formed on the surface of the substrate 1 and the element 24 has an N type well 21a for resistance which is simultaneously formed together with the N type well for a base on the surface of the substrate 1.
