PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily and economically construct a building by using a pile arranged underground, connecting a vertical directional column to the upper end of the pile, fixing a beam support connecting member to the column, and connecting a horizontal directional beam to the connecting member. SOLUTION: A column 2 is connected to the upper end of an existing pile 1, a connecting member 4 firmly press-fittable to the column 2 from the outer periphery is installed on a screw cylinder 3, and a load applied to the connecting member 4 is supported by the screw cylinder 3 positioned just under the connecting member 4. Next, a bracket 5 is projected in the horizontal direction from the side surface in the connecting member 4, and a steel frame beam 6 is installed through the bracket 5. The length of the column 2 is formed equally to a distance between stories, and the screw cylinder 3 is interposed not only between the existing pile 1 and the column 2 but also between the column 2 of a lower story and the column 2 of an upper story. Thus, the beam 6 is arranged through the bracket projected with respective floors, and a slab 7 is installed on the beam 6.
