PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent staining of the edge of a toilet bowl without scattering urine by forming paper in a truncated cone shape, covering a male penis with this, and urinating into it. SOLUTION: Water soluble paper is formed in a truncated cone shape, the cut line parts are held with both hands, and a penis is covered with it to urinate in a toilet bowl. Thus, urine is not scattered by urinating by using a paper cylinder, the edge of the toilet bowl and a floor are not stained by urine, cleaning labor is eliminated, and a penis can be wiped after urinating in the unwetted part of the root of the paper cylinder. This paper cylinder can be washed away in the toilet bowl after urinating.
