摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform always stabilized operation in response to a change in a hazardous material such as an alkali, chlorine, sulfur or a heavy metal contained in a raw material or a fuel without requiring complicated operating procedures. SOLUTION: A preheated raw material introduced from a raw material preheating line into a granulating furnace 11 is sampled to analyze a hazardous material and the waste gas flow rate circulated and introduced into a free board 33 of the granulating furnace 11 is controlled so as to regulate an analytical result to a target value. The waste gas temperature at an outlet (or an inlet) of a cyclone 46 is detected to control the cooling air flow rate so that the waste gas from a bleeding takeout part 34 is within the range of 500-800 deg.C. The waste gas flow rate discharged from a dust collector 58 to the outside of the system is nearly equalized with the cooling air flow rate so that the bleeding waste gas flow rate is nearly the same rate as the circulating waste gas flow rate. The cooling air flow rate and the waste gas flow rate discharged to the outside of the system are detected to control the waste gas flow rate discharged to the outside of the system.
