WATERPROOF CONNECTOR MOLDED WITH SEAL PACKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector which can be manufactured at an economical cost and whose seal part will not be ill influenced by the insertion of a connector as mating party. SOLUTION: A waterproof connector is composed of a second connector 40 having a ring space 43 around a terminal coupling part 42 and a first connector equipped with a cylindrical wall intruding into the ring space 43, and a ring-shaped seal member 35 installed between the wall surface 42b of the terminal coupling part and the cylindrical wall is put in compressed condition when the two connectors are coupled together so that water intrusion to the terminal coupling part 43 is precluded, wherein the second connector 40 and seal member 35 are molded in a single piece structure. The seal member may be formed on the first connector side in single piece molding.
